Made to order

We don't sit on stock. Your order goes into production right after you check out. Printing usually takes 2 to 7 business days, then it ships.

Shipping

• Shipping cost and delivery options show at checkout before you pay.
• Most US orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of ordering. Busy seasons can add a few days.
• You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
• Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Check your address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can send it again, but you cover the new shipping cost.

Returns and exchanges

Because each piece is made just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Check the size chart on each product before you order.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll fix it at no cost to you. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo that shows the problem

We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your pick.

Lost packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Still missing? Email us within 30 days and we'll work it out with the carrier.

Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Email us right away. Once an order goes into production we can't cancel it.
