Orders and pricing

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout.
• We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed by mistake or an item can't be made. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
• Colors on screen can look slightly different from the printed product.

The course

When the Downshift course launches, buying it gives you a personal, non-transferable license to watch it. Please don't share your login or copy, download, or repost course videos. The course may have its own extra terms at checkout.

Educational content

Everything on this site and in the course is for general education and entertainment. It isn't medical, psychological or relationship therapy advice. Talk to a qualified professional about any health concerns. Always put consent and communication first.

Our designs and content

The Downshift name, logos, designs, text, images and videos belong to Downshift. Don't copy, sell or reuse them without written permission.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site, try to break it, or use it for anything illegal.

Limits on our liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Downshift isn't liable for indirect or follow-on losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
